What does the oximeter measure?

Three things, shown together on the color screen:

  • SpO₂: an estimate of how much oxygen your blood is carrying, as a percentage.
  • PR (pulse rate): your heart rate in beats per minute.
  • PI% (perfusion index): how strong the pulse signal is at your fingertip. It tells you whether the reading is getting a good signal.

How do I take a reading?

Open the clip and insert a fingertip with the nail facing up. Press the button once, keep your hand still and relaxed, and your numbers appear in about 8 seconds. For the best reading, use a warm, clean finger and avoid nail polish.

Can I rotate the screen?

Yes. While it's measuring, tap the button to rotate the display between 4 directions, so it's easy to read from any angle.

What batteries does it use?

Two AAA batteries. A low-battery indicator shows when they need replacing, and the device switches itself off about 8 seconds after you remove your finger to save power. Check the product page for whether batteries are included with your order.

Is this a medical device?

No. It is designed for sports, fitness and general wellness reference only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or monitor any medical condition. If you have symptoms or health concerns, please contact a doctor.
