30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your Infracalm oximeter. If it isn't right for you, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
What qualifies
- Unused items in their original condition and packaging, requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Items that arrive defective or damaged, or that stop working properly within 30 days of delivery.
How to request a refund
- Email us at veyraskin3@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
- If the item is defective or damaged, please include a photo showing the problem.
- We will reply with next steps. In some cases we may ask you to return the item before the refund is issued, and we will tell you where to send it.
Return shipping
If we ask you to return an unused item you no longer want, you pay the return shipping. If the item is defective or damaged, there is no cost to you: we will replace or refund it, and if we need it back we will cover the return shipping.
Refund timing
Once your refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Wrong or missing items
If you received the wrong item or something is missing, email us with your order number and a photo and we will make it right.
